AGLAnews is the newsletter of the Arlington Gay and Lesbian Alliance. It is distributed bi-monthly to over 600 AGLA members, plus an additional 100 business and community leaders, elected officials, press representatives and non-profit organization leaders in Arlington and Northern Virginia. Paid advertising is available in each edition of AGLAnews and is intended to allow those organizations and businesses who share in our mission an inexpensive means of reaching our membership and friends in the community. Paid political advertising is also available and does not conflict with AGLA's non-partisan political awareness and education mission-as it is equally available to all candidates in any AGLAnews issue.

With advertising blocks, you may update or change your ad copy at any time, provided you have the copy to us prior to the stated monthly deadlines.
The newsletter ranges from 6-12 pages, depending on content, each issue. Therefore, the amount of advertising space available varies with each issue.

AGLA, the AGLAnews Editor and the AGLA Board reserve right of approval of all advertisements. Accepted submissions are subject to editing, formatting, and space limitations. Submissions cannot be returned.
All advertising copy, including updates and changes to existing copy, is due to the Editor by the second Friday of the month for the subsequent issue (e.g., Friday August 8, 2003 for the September/October 2003 issue).
Send advertising submissions to newsletter@agla.org. If your ad file is large in size due to graphics or design elements, please email or call the Editor for instructions to avoid delay in receiving your ad copy. Please include your name, mailing address and a day-time phone number.
AGLA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your dues, as well as other contributions, are tax deductible in accordance with applicable IRS regulations.
