AGLA Arlington Equality Award Nominations Due on Friday, Nov. 16

AGLA's Arlington Equality Awards is an annual awards presentation celebrating the achievement of one individual and one organization with a demonstrable record of improving equality in Arlington. Three members of the AGLA board will select the 2007 winners, who will be our guests at the December Holiday Party, where we will announce the winners and present their certificates.

Nomination guidelines:

Consider individuals and organizations (whether LGBT or allies) who have made a difference in our county, whose activities show commitment to equality for all Arlingtonians.

The award certificate states: for enduring commitment to equality for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender residents of Arlington County.

Use our online form by November 16 at 12 'noon or submit paper nominations to AGLA, P.O. Box 100324, Arlington VA 22210 by Nov. 16.
